DELIVERY
Sorry, but we only deliver within Australia.
We endeavour to despatch all orders within 5 business days of the date
of purchase. However during peak sales periods there may be delays
which are outside our control, so please allow 10 business days
for receipt of your order.
WARRANTY
All of our products are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship
and materials for a minimum of One Year from the date of purchase.
Some of our products carry longer warranties. The respective warranty
periods are detailed on each product page. These warranties are
in addition to those implied by law.
WARRANTY RETURN POLICY
We happily replace products or refund the purchase price (excluding
delivery costs) in the event of manufacturing defects or faulty
merchandise. We do not exchange or refund for change of
mind.
How to return your purchase:

Please email ohl@optusnet.com.au or fax 1300 652 157 concerning your warranty issue, explaining the problem you are having with the product, don't forget to attach your receipt of purchase.
- Your warranty request will be evaluated
and the relevant information recorded. You will receive an email reply within 48 to 72 hours.
- If your warranty claim is accepted you will receive the same product as purchased. If the product cannot be replaced, a full refund (excluding delivery costs) will be offered.
